This is a nice family owned furniture store. The salespeople are laid back and they are not pushy. They tell you to take your time and sit in things and try them out. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a lot of sales. I purchased a new leather Astor La-Z-Boy recliner today. The owner personally delivered it to my house 3 hours after I made the purchase. Now that's what I call service! I highly recommend them. Great prices and friendly salespeople. I will definitely be doing more business with them. This place is AWESOME!

My wife Nancy and I came down to Columbus after hearing aids on WIBC radio. I listen to Hammer and Nigel each day. And after hearing of Thompson furniture many times I decided it was time to go take a look. Michelle was excellent in her service! The entire staff was very helpful and helped us find what we wanted. We came back a second time after looking at different materials and actually visiting a local furniture store in Avon, much closer to home. The service was not as good. The prices were not as good. And we didn't feel that the customer care was up to snuff. We returned to Thompson furniture. My wife wasn't quite sure she wanted the sofa sleeper that we had looked at before. Michelle showed us a Smith Brothers sofa that was actually $1,000 more in cost. But, after setting on it and discussing it we decided to go with the Smith Brothers even though it was more expensive. Michelle showed us the spring works and told us about the warranty. She didn't push us. We felt we were getting the best product we could get for the money we were willing to spend. It has been a pleasure meeting and working with the folks at Thompson Furniture. I will recommend them to friends confidently.

I contacted Thompson Furniture when I had a warranty issue with our Big Green Egg Mini-Max base. I didn’t purchase the Egg from Thompson (I didn’t know they were a dealer at the time), but the dealer I purchased the Egg through wouldn’t return our calls or emails in Greenwood, IN. Thompson Furniture was very responsive and made the warranty process painless for us. I picked up the warranty Mini-Max base today, saw they had solo stoves, and purchased one! Excellent people and great to work with, oh, they also have many Big Green Egg accessories to choose from, check them out! If their Big Green Egg and Solo Stove buying experience is this friendly, I will now have to shop for furniture through this store as well! 🙂
